The Crystal Bar
At PHS, we like to incorporate as many tools as we can to support your overall wellbeing and energy healing. When PHS found a home, one of the first things that we wanted to do was to offer crystals to help our participants an opportunity to bring tangible objects into their physical space to help move energy, so we set up a 'Crystal Bar' for you to use during your healing session. Below provides a brief description of each crystal. We encourage you to choose the crystals that 'call' to you or catch your eye as those are the ones that your Spirit is calling out to you for additional support for that session.

Note: All crystals are physically sanitized between sessions using ozone and UV light. Energetically, crystals are grounded and cleansed of previous handlers' energy. Often, they are set out into the sunlight to absorb cosmic energy and if we are lucky, the heat from the sunshine.
