Providence Healing Studio is a space for individuals who are looking to take their healing journey to the next level. We offer energy healing sessions and sound baths to help with physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for our clients.

We provide a variety of healing modalities to cater to the individual needs of each client. We believe that everyone has the power and means to heal themselves and we are here to assist you in this journey.

In this offering, the Collective is incorporating deep relaxation techniques and visualizations with this Sound Healing session with the beautiful & powerful Gong. What is different in a gong centered sound bath over singing bowl sound baths? The Gong is a powerful and transformational sound healing instrument that can help heal physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. It can help create deep relaxation, clear the mind, help shift emotional energy, release blockages, and balance the chakras and nervous system, promoting harmony. Gongs can evoke much deeper and unprocessed emotions (such as grief, abuse, anger, etc.) in the healing process and may bring up very uncomfortable feelings, anxiety, or grief. These feelings, although brief, can be intense and we would like for you to be prepared for parts of the session that may not be as relaxing as the other sessions that you have experienced with us. Our intention is to provide a relaxing environment to facilitate healing through the various tones and vibrations of the gongs and return your energetic, spiritual, and physical being into a state of balanced wellbeing and overall optimal function. If this is your first experience, please review the information below to make this the best experience possible. We look forward to seeing you and please let us know if you have any questions. Suggestions on what to bring: You will be on the floor. Typically, guests bring items to comfortably relax sitting or lying on the floor, like: * Yoga Mat or Sleeping Pad to lay on. * Blanket - you may get chilly through energy release, and sometimes the studio may get chilly. * Zafu if you would like to be seated. * Bolster - place under knees to take pressure off the lower back. * Pillow ** If you are not able to be on the floor, please feel free to bring a comfortable folding chair. ***We are offering a 10% discount for cash payments at the Studio with each RSVP.
